Law on Crossing State Border Through Loan for Transport Means to be Stipulated by Contract
1 / 1

The draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Civil Code authored by the NA deputies Artur Davtyan and Anna Karapetyan was debated in the first reading in parliament.

Presenting the motivation of amending it the key rapporteur Artur Davtyan has noted that criminal cases are sued. It refers to the cases of illegally crossing the RA border of the loaned moveable property. So, the pawnee and pawnbroker can stipulate the law or its restriction on crossing the state border through loaned transport the means by the movable property loan contract via the pawnbroker or his/her authorized person.

In his co-report Nikolay Baghdasaryan presented the endorsement of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs. Highlighting the idea of the legislative initiative, he underlined that another law would be amended from the first to the second reading.

The Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan presented the position of the Government.

The parliament debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Normative Legal Acts authored by the Government.
